Determining User Licenses

New World ERP works on a user license basis. Customers purchase a certain number of users per module in their license key. In New World ERP, each user login is associated with one or more modules. A new report was built into version 9.3SP1 of the New World ERP software to determine how many users are licensed per module.

In the software, go to Maintenance > new world ERP Suite > Security > Users. Click the User License Report button. (If you do not see this button, you will need access to the User License Report security component.)

When the report runs, you will see output like the following. Users with check boxes have a license for that module. The users’ last logins also are shown, with sorting for each of the columns:

At the end of the report, you will see the totals by module so that you know how close you are to hitting your user counts:
